Preparing for the TMCE

The TMCE 2012 is arriving soon. EERC is one of the co-sponsors. We are currently preparing for the symposium: preparing a booth, flyers, refreshing the materials, etc. We will also be selling TMCE Proceedings from the booth. Lots to do.

Of course we hope to meet again with the many peers and friends we've made. If you happen to be one of them: see you soon at Karlsruhe, looking forward!

New

Recently, we upgraded our company style, including the web site. Take a peek yourself: eerc.biz . Let us know what you think.

a new company ...

I devoted a larger part of this summer to establishing a new IT company, focusing on ubiquitous computing in the industry. Ubiquitous computing -- in simple words -- deals with smart products and smart environments. A fusion of product development, mechanical engineering, ICT and a couple of other disciplines. Ubiquitous computing, or UbiComp, is the technology that will shape our world in the coming decades. I'll keep you posted.

1st IMS Summer School, Zurich (CH)

Attending the 1st IMS Summer School last week, in Zurich, I met a lot of old and new friends. In a great atmosphere, we discussed everything we saw topical and built and fostered respectful friendships. The great and professional organization of the Workshops no doubt contributed to that.

Let's stay in touch. Nice things may be brewing.

Looking forward to the next occasion.
